Pig, Cattle, and Sheep Feed Pellet Machines: The Optimal Production Capacity for Farms and Feed Mills
As a Chinese foreign trade company specializing in feed equipment, our pig, cattle, and sheep feed pellet machines are designed with “precise adaptation for specific scenarios, efficient pelleting, and stable quality” as our core features. We offer both low-capacity flat-die pellet machines suitable for farms and high-capacity ring-die pellet machines suitable for feed mills. These pellet machines have been exported to 45 countries and regions across Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa, helping global livestock operators and feed manufacturers address the pain points of “capacity mismatch, poor pellet quality, and difficult cost control.” We provide a “Made in China” solution for large-scale pig, cattle, and sheep feed production.
The equipment’s core advantage focuses on “scenario-specific customization”: This small-capacity flat-die pellet machine is designed specifically for livestock farms, with an hourly capacity of 0.3-2 tons per unit and a daily capacity of 7.2-48 tons. It can flexibly process raw materials such as corn, soybean meal, and straw, meeting the “self-sufficient” production needs of family farms and small and medium-sized farms. The flat die is made of a wear-resistant alloy with optional apertures of 2-8mm (2-4mm for pig feed and 4-8mm for cattle and sheep feed). The pellet forming rate exceeds 92%, requiring no complex installation; it can be plugged in and used immediately. It can be operated by one person after one hour of training, significantly reducing the cost of purchased feed for livestock farms.
The high-capacity ring die pellet mill is designed to meet the scale-up needs of feed mills. Each unit has an hourly capacity of 5-20 tons and a daily capacity of 120-480 tons. It utilizes a high-efficiency ring die and multiple rollers, increasing pelleting efficiency by three times compared to flat die models. The pellets are uniform in density and have a moderate hardness, making them suitable for feed production at different growth stages of pigs, cattle, and sheep (from piglets/calves/lambs to fattening). It can be integrated with crushing, mixing, and packaging equipment to form an automated production line, meeting the centralized feed supply needs of regional feed wholesalers and chain farming groups.
Our equipment is specifically optimized for the specific characteristics of pig, cattle, and sheep feed and global applications. Material-contacting components are made of 304 stainless steel, resistant to corrosion from salt and trace elements in feed, eliminating metal contamination. They comply with EU EC 1774/2002 feed equipment safety standards and are certified by the US FDA. Flat-die models support a wide voltage range of 110V/220V, adapting to flexible power usage on farms. Ring-die models are equipped with intelligent temperature control and overload protection systems, ensuring stable operation in the high temperatures and humidity of Southeast Asia, temperate European workshops, and arid regions of Africa. Key components have a service life of over eight years.
Currently, our flat-die pellet mill has helped a Thai farm achieve self-sufficiency in pig feed, saving over $3,000 per month. Our ring-die pellet mill supports a Brazilian feed mill producing 1,500 tons of cattle and sheep fattening feed per month, and our products are used by over 100 surrounding farms. Choosing our pellet mills for pigs, cattle, and sheep allows you to tailor your production capacity to your needs, balancing efficiency and quality. We are your reliable partner for expanding into the global feed equipment market. In the future, the die hole specifications can be customized and the automatic feeding system can be upgraded to further meet personalized needs.
