Horizontal mixer is a common mixing equipment, which mainly relies on its unique structure and mixing method. Specifically, when the mixing shaft of the mixer starts to rotate, the inner and outer double-layer spiral belts on the shaft start to work. The main function of the inner spiral belt is to move the material to both sides, while the outer spiral belt moves the material inward from both sides. The synergistic effect of this inner and outer spiral belt enables the material to be mixed back and forth inside the mixer. At the same time, the other part of the material, driven by the spiral belt, not only moves along the axial direction of the mixer, but also moves in the radial direction, which forms a convection cycle. Through this mixing method, the material can be evenly mixed in a shorter time. In addition, the U-shaped design of the U-type mixer also facilitates its working principle. This design not only enables the mixer to accommodate more materials, but also improves the mixing efficiency, making the material mixing more uniform.
