The production line covers core links such as raw material pretreatment, precise batching, mixing and conditioning, granulation, cooling and drying, screening and packaging. In the raw material pretreatment stage, the ultrafine grinder can crush raw materials such as fish meal, soybean meal, and grains to 100-200 meshes to ensure that the feed is easily digested and absorbed by aquatic animals. The crushing efficiency reaches 4-12 tons per hour, laying a delicate foundation for subsequent processing. ​
Precision batching system is the key to quality. Equipped with high-precision dynamic metering equipment and PLC intelligent control system, it achieves a ratio accuracy of ±0.1% for raw materials such as protein, fat, vitamins, and minerals. According to different breeding species (such as grass carp’s high fiber demand and shrimp’s high protein demand), 200+ sets of scientific formulas are preset, which can flexibly adjust the proportion of nutrients to meet the needs of aquatic animals at different growth stages. ​

The granulation process is in line with the characteristics of aquatic products. The wet extrusion granulation technology is adopted, and the material maturity is made to reach more than 85% through steam conditioning, which not only improves the palatability of the feed, but also reduces the dissolution rate in water (≤5%) and reduces water pollution. The granulator can produce granules of different particle sizes of 1-8mm or sinking and floating feeds, with a forming rate of over 96% and moderate granule hardness, which is convenient for different aquatic animals to eat. ​
The whole production line realizes intelligent and efficient operation. The touch screen operation interface supports formula storage and one-click call, and the production data is uploaded to the cloud in real time, which is convenient for quality traceability and process optimization. The energy-saving drying system uses waste heat recovery technology to reduce energy consumption by 35%; the cooling equipment can quickly reduce the temperature of the granules to room temperature to avoid mildew. The whole set of equipment operates stably, with an hourly production capacity of 3-10 tons, which meets the needs of large-scale production.​
