Product Overview:
The flat die feed pellet machine is based on mechanical circular motion. It is powered by a diesel engine, which drives the belt pressure wheel to transmit to the main shaft and the flat die, so that the pressure wheel and the die plate are compressed and rubbed. The material is squeezed out of the flat die hole by the pressure wheel, and the pellet feed is rolled out after being segmented by the cutter. It is packaged after natural cooling. This multifunctional feed pellet machine is carefully developed and repeatedly tested by our company. The machine has a reasonable structural design and can produce two types of pellet products: cylindrical and spherical. On the basis of the pressing machine, it is equipped with an adaptive rounding device to roll the cylindrical pellets into balls at one time. The produced pellets have the characteristics of high forming rate, good strength and beautiful appearance. It is an ideal bio-organic fertilizer granulation equipment today. It is widely used in fertilizer and feed processing plants. The biggest feature of the diesel engine is that it is not constrained by electricity when producing pellets.
