Raw Material Cleaning System
Equipped with a standard cylindrical primary cleaning screen, permanent magnet iron separator, bucket elevator, and conveying equipment, effectively removing impurities such as stones, iron filings, and hemp rope, ensuring clean and impurity-free raw materials suitable for dry production conditions.

Grinding System
Equipped with a small to medium-sized high-efficiency water-drop grinder, producing uniform particle size and stable output. Batching and Mixing System

Pelletizing System
Utilizes a direct dry powder extrusion pelleting process, relying on mechanical high-pressure extrusion molding. Cooling and Screening System

Equipped with a small to medium-sized counter-current cooler, utilizing natural airflow for cooling and heat dissipation, quickly removing the heat generated by particle extrusion, reducing particle moisture, and preventing moisture absorption and loosening. Combined with a rotary grading screen to screen out broken materials and defective products, resulting in clean and uniform finished products. A particle crusher can be selected as needed.
