I. Product Overview

This medium-to-large-scale 15–25 t/h feed production line is currently a mainstream commercial model in the feed processing industry. The equipment specifications have been comprehensively upgraded, offering enhanced operational stability and continuous production capacity. Its layout is rational, balancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Primarily targeting regional feed processing plants, medium-sized agricultural and livestock enterprises, and integrated breeding parks, it can mass-produce livestock and poultry pellets and concentrates, and can also expand its product range as needed to meet large-scale production demands.

III. Complete Process Flow

Raw material receiving and cleaning → Raw material crushing → Automatic batching and mixing → Granulation → Granule cooling → Grading and screening / Granule crushing → Finished product packaging and warehousing. The entire process is fully automated, with smooth equipment linkage, allowing for long-term uninterrupted operation and ensuring stable large-volume shipments.

IV. Core Equipment Configuration

Raw Material Cleaning System
Equipped with a large-capacity cylindrical primary cleaning screen and a high-efficiency permanent magnet iron separator, combined with an extended bucket elevator and a closed belt conveyor, it provides excellent impurity and iron removal. It can be equipped with a modular raw material silo for large storage capacity and continuous, stable feeding.

Grinding System
Utilizes a high-capacity teardrop-type grinder, offering high grinding efficiency and uniform particle size. Equipped with an integrated dust collection system, it upgrades the negative pressure dust removal effect, reducing workshop dust and meeting environmental protection production requirements, suitable for long-term full-load operation.

Batching and Mixing System
Equipped with an 8-12 bin fully automatic batching unit, offering high weighing accuracy and supporting complex formula settings. Combined with a large-capacity twin-shaft paddle mixer, it provides fast mixing speed and high uniformity, and can quickly switch between multiple production formulas.

Pelletizing System
Equipped with a medium-to-large-sized ring die pellet mill, producing well-formed, compact pellets that are resistant to transportation and breakage.

Post-processing System
Standard configuration includes an enlarged counter-flow cooler for rapid cooling and moisture reduction, preventing feed mold and spoilage; paired with a high-precision rotary grading screen for accurate separation of pellets and powder. A pellet crusher is standard, adaptable to feed production of different particle sizes.

Finished Product Packaging System
Utilizes a high-speed automatic quantitative packaging scale + fully automatic bag sewing unit, significantly improving packaging efficiency. Low-level palletizing equipment can be selected according to site and capacity requirements to further reduce manual labor.

Electrical Control System
Equipped with an integrated PLC control system and a touch-screen operation panel, featuring a large-scale formula storage function, it can record production data in real time, view equipment operating status, and provide convenient management.
