Feed screening machine is a vibrating screening machine that uses the relative movement between bulk materials and the screen surface to make some particles pass through the screen holes, and classify materials such as sand, gravel, and crushed stone into different levels according to particle size. The screening process of the screening machine is generally continuous. After the screening raw materials are fed to the screening machine (referred to as the sieve), the materials smaller than the size of the screen holes pass through the screen holes, which are called under-screen products; the materials larger than the size of the screen holes are continuously discharged from the screen surface, which are called over-screen products.

The feed vibrating screening machine uses the size difference and quality of the materials, as well as the different sedimentation speeds of the liquid. The small materials and the larger materials sink to the bottom of the tank. The grading screen uses a spiral to push the material upward, and then performs mechanized screening. The equipment can filter the materials in the mill according to the level, and finally use the spiral to screw the larger materials into the mill feed port, and the filtered small materials overflow from the overflow pipe. The base of the grading screen is made of channel steel, and the fuselage is welded with steel plates.
