As the global livestock and aquaculture industries upgrade, demand for powdered feed continues to grow due to its ease of absorption and adaptability. Our powdered feed production line, with its fully automated and highly adaptable solutions, has become a key enabler for efficient production for global feed companies.

The production line focuses on the four key steps of powdered feed production: raw material pretreatment, precise batching, efficient mixing, and finished product packaging. It is compatible with a variety of raw materials, including corn, soybean meal, fish meal, and minerals. The core raw material grinder uses hammer crushing technology to crush bulk raw materials to a fineness of 80-120 mesh, with a crushing efficiency of 3-10 tons per hour. It is also equipped with a magnetic separation device to effectively remove metal impurities; the batching system is equipped with a high-precision electronic scale to accurately dose protein, energy, trace elements and other raw materials according to the preset formula, with an error control within ±0.3% to ensure balanced feed nutrition; the mixing process uses a double-shaft paddle mixer, which can achieve uniform mixing of materials in 3-5 minutes, with a uniformity of more than 95%, avoiding local nutritional imbalances; the packaging system supports 25-50kg/bag quantitative packaging, can package 150-300 bags per hour, and simultaneously completes weighing verification and bag sewing to reduce manual intervention.

The production line offers flexible customization to meet diverse customer needs. Small and medium-sized feed mills can choose a compact production line with an hourly output of 1-5 tons, occupying only 40 square meters for rapid commissioning. Large-scale aquaculture operations can opt for a fully automated line with an hourly output of 10-20 tons, integrating automatic raw material loading, online testing, and data traceability systems, enabling unmanned operation. Furthermore, the equipment’s material-contacting components are constructed of 304 stainless steel, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and suitable for handling high-humidity raw materials, extending the equipment lifespan by over 30%.

Currently, this production line has been exported to over 20 countries, including Thailand, South Africa, and Mexico. A Thai aquatic feed customer is using it to produce powdered fish feed, increasing feed conversion rates by 15%. A South African poultry and livestock feed company is using the line to process local corn, alfalfa, and other raw materials into high-quality feed, reducing costs by 12%. In the future, we will continue to upgrade the equipment’s intelligent control system and incorporate remote recipe adjustment capabilities, enabling global customers to produce high-quality powdered feed at lower costs and higher efficiency, promoting the green and efficient development of the aquaculture industry.
