This flat die pellet mill’s core performance focuses on “efficient pelleting + durability and stability.” It utilizes high-quality alloy steel flat dies and rollers with a hardness exceeding HRC58. It compresses mixed ingredients such as corn, soybean meal, and straw powder into pellets sized 3-8mm with a pelletization rate exceeding 92%. The pellets have a moderate hardness, preventing waste from poultry pecking and meeting the water-resistance requirements of aquatic feed. Equipped with a 15kW pure copper motor, it produces 50-80kg of feed per hour. Based on a 12-hour operation, it easily achieves a 1-ton daily production target. Energy consumption is 15% lower than traditional pellet mills, significantly reducing operating costs. Its flexible production line configuration further meets the needs of small and medium-sized customers: The front-end can be connected to a grinder and mixer to complete raw material grinding (fineness up to 80 mesh) and nutritional blending (uniformity exceeding 95%). A back-end cooler and screener quickly reduce the pellet temperature (from 60°C to room temperature), remove fines, and ensure a stable moisture content of finished pellets below 12%, extending storage life. The entire production line occupies only 30 square meters, requires no complex infrastructure, and can be operated by 2-3 people, shortening the commissioning cycle to 7 days. It is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized customers with limited space and budget constraints.

Operation and after-sales support lower the barrier to entry for customers: The equipment utilizes a belt drive structure, simplifying maintenance and reducing the cost of replacing wearing parts. A bilingual Chinese and English operating manual and video tutorials are provided, along with remote technical guidance, allowing even novice operators to quickly get started and ensure stable production line operation.
Currently, this production line has served customers such as a poultry feed factory in Vietnam and a beef cattle farm in South Africa.
