The production line’s core advantages lie in its modular configuration and intelligent control technology. To address the diverse characteristics of the raw materials, the pre-treatment stage is equipped with a hammer mill and magnetic separator, pulverizing raw materials like corn and soybean meal to a fineness of 80-120 mesh while removing metal impurities to ensure feed safety. The mixing stage utilizes a twin-shaft paddle mixer, achieving a mixing uniformity of over 95% and enabling precise dosing of trace additives with an error control of within ±0.5%. A Southeast Asian aquatic feed manufacturer reported, “Since the production line went into operation, the feed particle size qualification rate has increased to 98%, fish feeding rates have increased by 15%, and aquaculture profitability has significantly increased.

In terms of production capacity adaptability, the production line can be flexibly customized to various specifications, ranging from 500 kg/h to 10 t/h. The small-scale line is suitable for family farms and start-ups, occupying only 30 square meters and can be operated by a single person. The medium-to-large-scale line is designed for large-scale feed mills and is equipped with a central control system that monitors all process parameters in real time via a touchscreen, supports remote fault diagnosis, and reduces downtime. The entire series of equipment is constructed of food-grade stainless steel and complies with EU CE and US FDA certification standards. Dust emissions are below 3 mg/m³, meeting stringent global environmental requirements.
