The layout of the feed production line should follow the following principles:

Smooth process: Arrange equipment reasonably in the order of raw material entry, processing, and finished product output to reduce detours and cross-transportation of materials. For example, the raw material receiving equipment should be close to the feed inlet, and the finished product packaging equipment should be close to the delivery port.

Efficient space utilization: Make full use of the space of the factory to avoid too loose or crowded equipment layout. Multi-layer layout or compact arrangement can be adopted.

Safety and hygiene: Ensure that there is enough safety distance between equipment for easy operation and maintenance. At the same time, it is necessary to meet hygiene standards to prevent pollution and cross infection. For example, an effective dust collection device should be set up in areas where more dust is generated.

Clear zoning: Clearly divide areas with different functions, such as raw material area, production area, finished product area, etc., for easy management and quality control.

Flexibility: The layout should take into account possible future capacity expansion or process adjustment, and reserve a certain amount of space and interfaces.
