There are many things to pay attention to when using a feed pellet machine. First, a new machine must be run-in before the first use. For example, take 10-20 catties of mixed powdered feed, add 5%-10% edible oil and mix well, add feed first, start the machine and adjust the roller bolts with a wrench until the material is discharged normally. After the oily feed is repeatedly in the machine 3-5 times, gradually add dry materials. Secondly, the lighting power supply should use copper wire of not less than 4 square meters and be equipped with a 5-10A electric meter. When the machine is working, it is strictly forbidden to put your hand into the feeding port. Add a little feed before starting the machine, and leave a little feed in the machine when shutting down. If the machine is stuck during operation, it should be stopped immediately, and the roller should be tightened until the bolts are loose, and then the machine should be restarted. After each work, the adjustment roller bolts must be loosened. After the machine has been used for a period of time or has pressed out a certain number of pellets, if the pellets are broken or not solid, 2%-4% water should be added to the mixed feed. Also check the belt tightness frequently to prevent low machine output and belt slippage.
