Before starting the machine: add a little powder first, then start the machine. At the same time, check whether the running direction is the same as the machine mark.

When feeding: the raw materials used cannot be too dry, and must contain a certain amount of moisture. If the crude fiber content is high, some oily raw materials can be added. When feeding, the speed should be uniform to avoid feeding too fast to cause the machine to be stuffy or feeding too slowly to cause the machine to run empty. It is strictly forbidden to put your hand into the feeding port. If you need to assist in feeding, you can use tools such as wooden sticks.

During operation: pay attention to observe the operation of the machine, such as current fluctuations, discharge conditions, and abnormal sounds. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

When shutting down: leave a little feed in the machine to prevent the roller from contacting the template and running idle. After each work, the roller must be adjusted to loosen the bolts.
