Forage silage refers to the process of processing and storing green plants, agricultural and sideline products, food residues and other plant feed materials as raw materials, in closed silage facilities (silage pits, silage trenches, silage towers and silage bags, etc.), after fermentation by microorganisms mainly lactic acid bacteria, into products that can be used for a long time.
